Biographical Sketch:

My (Mary M. Wiley) career has included thirty years of different levels of management and managing from one (1) to one hundred and twenty-five employees (125) including six (6) different departments. The levels of management include Supervisor, General Manager, Employee Relations Specialist, Human Resources Supervisor/Trainer, Director, Staffing Recruiter, Regional Manager, Account Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President and President/CEO, Founder of New Focus Staffing Services, Inc. During my career, I have worked for several major companies and develop/implemented start-up staffing businesses for three companies including my own company. I have worked on employee Handbook and design, implemented, trained First Line Supervisor Manual, which is still used by the company.
